Concealment Case FAQs

What is a concealment case?

Simply put, it is a wooden flag covering a wooden box in which you can place items of your choosing, thus concealing said items behind the flag. If upgrading a wooden flag to a concealment case the frame will be made with oak, but the flag will be made with pine because of weight issues on any size larger than a medium. All concealment cases include the case itself, hinges, gas struts, a rechargeable light, a piece of 2” Kaizen foam, and a biometric fingerprint locking system.

I purchase the locking systems from LockConnection.net. I’ve been using their locks for a couple years now and have had no issues. If something malfunctions with the locking system I would be glad to confer with you and do some troubleshooting, but if we can’t resolve the issue you will need to contact LockConnection for assistance and/or replacement parts.

Sizes on each concealment case are approximated. The measurements you are seeing are for the size of the overall ‘external’ case. The ‘internal’ portion of the case has less room. Keep that in mind when measuring items you want to place inside. To be safe, deduct about 4 inches from the size of the flag to determine what will fit inside. For example, if you ask for a flag that is 22” x 42”, the actual space inside the case will more realistically be 18” x 38”, give or take.

Heavy duty magnets are NOT included but are recommended for heavy metal objects you may wish to conceal inside the case…..do not count on the Kaizen foam to hold heavy objects alone. Lastly, these are NOT made to hold valuables, guns, weapons, or other dangerous items. Do that at your own risk. These are made from wood, after all, and so they could be broken into easily if someone were so motivated.
